Are you an essential oil user? If so, consider placing a drop of sandalwood EO just above your pubic bone before beginning this routine. Dilute with a carrier oil to prevent skin sensitivity.

As an alternative, diffuse 2 drops lavender, 1 drop cedarwood, and 1 drop clary sage to promote relaxation and calming.
